Ventilation Testing, Air Tightness Testing, SAP Calculations, Water Usage Calculations & a London Plan Energy Statement were completed

THE PROCESS

An initial Energy Statement was carried out in order to demonstrate the required 35% carbon reduction to meet London Plan requirements
Our Stroma accredited assessors then carried out SAP Calculations & Water Usage Calculations in order to achieve Part L & Part G compliance
Upon build completion, Air Tightness Testing was ready to be conducted. Our ATTMA registered engineers carried this out following strict procedures, with BSRIA calibrated equipment to ensure the most accurate result possible
Ventilation Testing was also carried out to ensure Part F Regulations were met
