Why UKBC For Your Certification Services?

Look below to see the services we provide for our amazing customers!
We are accredited by STROMA to carry out SAP calculations and assessments. You need these calculations to make sure your building complies with Part L (England & Wales), Section 6 (Scotland) or Part F1 (Northern Ireland) of the most recent version of The Building Regulations.
UKBC offers both L2A and L2B SBEM calculations for new builds and extensions or conversions respectively. We are accredited by STROMA for carrying out SBEM calculations. You need these calculations to make sure your building complies with Part L (England & Wales), Section 6 (Scotland) or Part F1 (Northern Ireland) of the most recent version of The Building Regulations.
Water Efficiency Calculations
Water efficiency calculations predict water consumption in line with Part G of The Building Regulations. Generally, you’ll carry out water efficiency calculations at design stage, as part of your SAP Calculations. UKBC can arrange water efficiency calculations within 5–10 working days from when you call our team.
UKBC are accredited by STROMA to carry out overheating analysis as part of the SAP calculations and assessment process.
Your overheating analysis should take place at design stage, preferably as part of your SAP Calculations or SBEM calculations. This will make sure your building complies with the regulations from the beginning.
Thermal Bridging Calculations
You are likely to lose heat through weak points in your insulation. These areas include corners, where the roof meets the walls, or where an element with higher thermal conductivity penetrates the insulation of your building. UKBC are STROMA certified to conduct thermal bridging calculations and ensure that your building is compliant with building regulation standards.
