THE BRIEF

  • Alderman's Estates, a prestigious property developer asked us to carry out a combination of Air Tightness Testing and Sound Insulation Testing on a series of high end luxury residences at Wavendon Manor, Cross End, Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire
  • On this project, each residence had an Air Pressure Testing Target ≤ 5 m³.h.m² @ 50pa
  • The Sound Insulation Test was an Airborne Party Wall test and had a Target of ≥ 43db

THE PROCESS

  • After reviewing drawings, on site testing was ready to be completed. All calibrated equipment was setup in accordance to our strict procedures to ensure the most accurate result possible
