THE BRIEF

UK Building Compliance was instructed to undertake SAP Calculations, Water Efficiency Calculations, Background Ventilation Calculations and a TM59 Assessment on a new build dwelling near High Wycombe.

THE PROCESS

Once the drawings had been reviewed, we proceeded with the on-site testing.
In accordance with our rigorous air tightness and building sound testing protocols, all calibrated equipment was carefully set up to deliver the most accurate results possible.
Our consultants guided the client to ensure compliance was met.
