THE BRIEF

UK Building Compliance conducted Air Tightness and Ventilation Testing and produced a SAP Report for this new build

The property located in Thorpe Satchville
Two Air Tests were performed due to the first failing. However, thanks to our team we were able to identify and fix issues so the second test resulted in a pass

THE PROCESS

After reviewing drawings, on site testing was ready to be completed. In accordance with our strict air tightness testing procedures, all calibrated equipment was setup to ensure the most accurate result possible
Our Consultants guided the team on-site here in order to pass their SAPs. This was achieved with advice and recommendations
