We were tasked with carrying out SAP Calculations for this unique dwelling - The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, Burton Green, Kenilworth, Warwickshire
The tower sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside
Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower

The project also bought methodological challenges within the SAP process due to the unusual nature of the floor area/building volume ratios in the property
Our assessors liaised with our accreditation body STROMA in overcoming the issues to ensure compliance for our client
