Commercial EPC's

A commercial EPC is required when a building is built, rented or sold.

UK Building Compliance use industry standard SBEM modeling software and Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) to create certificates for an extensive variety of buildings.

Commercial buildings over 50m² require a Non-Domestic Energy Assessments Certificate (NDEPC). The purpose of the EPC is to give the building owner or tenant information on the buildings Energy Assessments and advise on how to improve this.

The EPC must be in place prior to marketing the building.
